Cambridge Carnival: ‘Around the World’
Delhi Public School, Greater Noida celebrated Cambridge Day on December 11, 2025, with great enthusiasm, highlighting the global, skill-based learning approach of the Cambridge curriculum. The programme began with the Opening Notes, followed by the Lighting of the Lamp with a serene Shloka Recitation. The Principal, Ms. Seema Roy, welcomed the gathering and apprised parents of how the Cambridge curriculum is being effectively implemented in school to build strong foundational skills and global understanding among students. The Chief Guest, Ms. Dolly Chanana, Jt. Director, DPS Society, addressed the audience and explained how Cambridge focuses on skill-based, experiential learning that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in young learners. Students presented Melodious Moments, a soulful group song, followed by Fact Ride Around the World, where they shared interesting facts about various countries. The vibrant dance performance Footprints in Rhythm added energy and colour to the event. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Naiyara Rizvi. Guests then explored the engaging thematic stalls put up by teachers—Around the World Guess Quest, Unravel the Mystery, Refreshing Lemonade, Crunchy Bhelpuri, a creative Bookmark Stall offering student-made takeaways, and the lively TatooMania stall. The activities added excitement and enriched the global learning experience for all.
