Admission Process 2027-28

Age Criteria, as on 31st March, 2027 must be:

  • Nursery - 3+ (Minimum 3 years to 4 years child for Class Nursery)
  • LKG- 4+ (Minimum 4 years to 5 years child for Class LKG)
  • UKG- 5+(Minimum 5 years to 6 years child for Class UKG)
  • Class I- 6+(Minimum 6 years to 7 years child for Class I)

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. Application forms will be available online only from August 13, 2026 on www.dpsgrnoida.in under Admission link. Registration of your ward does not mean the confirmation of admission in the school.
  2. Only shortlisted students will be called for the interaction /assessment test.
  3. Admission is purely based upon the availability of seats and merit basis.
  4. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission.
  5. The syllabus and date of Admission Assessment test for Class II onwards will be informed through email in the month of November 2026.
  6. All communication regarding admissions will be available through the school portal and registered email address. Parents are advised to check their email regularly for updates.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Kindly fill the online registration form.
  2. All the fields in the form are required to be filled. Mention NA for any section which is not applicable.
  3. Upload all requested documents.
  4. Once registered, a mail showing the form number and password will be shared on the registered mobile number and email id. Registration Form No. (For example 232325) will be displayed.
  5. Please pay Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) towards Registration fee at the time of online submission of the form through the payment gateway as indicated. Registration fees is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  6. Registration Form will be submitted after payment and a unique Registration No. (Application id) will be generated. (For example: Reg No. 000001 (Online).
  7. Parents are requested to carefully verify all details, DOB, Spellings, Email, Contact details etc. before final submission to avoid rejection of application.
  8. Save the registration number for future reference and take a print out of the registration form to be submitted during the interaction/assessment test.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED DURING TIME OF INTERACTION / ASSESSMENT TEST

  1. Print out of the online registration form.
  2. Self-attested copy of Birth Certificate from Registrar of Birth & Death.
  3. Passport size photographs (one each) of the child, father & mother (For Classes Nursery to I)
  4. Proof of current residential address:
    1. For Owners: Parent’s ID showing the same address/ Passport/ Electricity bill/Registry copy.
    2. For Tenants: Rent agreement/ Parent’s ID showing the same address
  5. Self-attested Aadhaar Card of the student, father & mother.
  6. Self-attested Official identity card of both the parents (if working).
  7. Marksheet photocopies of last two years (For Class II onwards)
  8. Highest Academic Qualification Certificate of both parents.
  9. Caste certificate (other than General category).

ADMISSION AND FEE POLICY

  1. Admission confirmation will be sent on the parent’s registered Email id and contact number.
  2. Parents will have to complete the admission formalities of their ward(s) within the stipulated date and time as conveyed through email and SMS, failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to next applicant. Parents will visit the school along with the requested documents as mentioned in the grant of provisional Admission email.
  3. Once the admission formalities are completed and the provisional admission number is allotted, no fee will be refunded. In case a withdrawal is sought before March 31, 2027, the fee amount except the admission fee will be refunded. There is no refund after March 31, 2027.

SCHOOL TRANSPORT POLICY

Parents are advised to carefully review bus routes mentioned on the school website.

  1. Transport will be available only on existing school bus routes subject to availability of seats.
  2. Customized bus routes will not be provided.
  3. The school is unable to provide transport for two different buses/bus stops to a child
  4. The primary bus routes may differ from the senior bus routes.
  5. The school discourages the use of private vans in the interest of student safety.
